Pangkalan Bekalan Kemaman Sdn Bhd (PBKSB) is the owner and operator of Kemaman Supply Base, a fully-integrated oil & gas supply base. Located in the Kemaman District of Terengganu, the base initially covered 30 hectares of land area when it first opened in 1982. Since then, it has been developed into the largest petroleum supply base in Peninsular Malaysia, covering 200 hectares in total and with an additional 60 hectares of land reserved for future expansion.

The whole area of KSB is uniquely licensed by the Royal Customs of Malaysia under the Petroleum Supply Base scheme. As a result, taxes and duties for imported oil field equipment entering KSB and subsequently going to offshore locations are deferred.

Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PACs) and more than 200 support service companies have their presence and facilities inside KSB. These companies offer various types of oilfield trade specialties, making KSB a truly integrated supply base.

The Kuala Terengganu Support Base (KTSB), also operated by PBKSB, serves as a hub for offshore crew changes, offering a more efficient and strategic transfer point for oil and gas personnel. Complementing KSB, KTSB further strengthens Terengganu’s position as a key oil and gas support center.
