To strengthen the Group's strategic direction, EPIC Berhad last week organised the “EPIC 2026 & 2027 Business Plan & Budget Away Day” that brought together the Group's leadership and senior management. This was held to align business plans, review current performance, and further refine the 2027 budget in support of the organisation’s sustainable growth aspirations.

Throughout the programme, participants deliberated on business strategies, operational priorities, growth initiatives, and measures to strengthen the Group's position amid the uncertainties of the energy industry landscape. Discussions also placed emphasis on prudent resource management alongside continuous operational improvements to ensure the Group remains agile, resilient, and well-positioned to navigate future challenges.

Also in attendance was President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Terengganu Inc, YBhg. Dato' Haji Burhanuddin Hilmi Mohamed @ Harun, who shared his perspectives on the importance of fostering greater synergy among state government-linked companies, particularly in advancing the economic development agenda of Terengganu.
